"Helped fix my order"
I accidentally put in the wrong shipping address and had to reach out to buddhateas.com. They got back to me the next day and fixed it before it shipped, which was a relief.
Taking off one star just because the response wasn’t super quick, but they were nice and it got handled. I’d order again.

My tea order showed up last week, and the packaging was better than I expected. Not in that shiny, “we care about your experience” kind of way companies love to say, but just practical and solid.
The boxes weren’t crushed, and the tea bags inside were sealed up properly. It also wasn’t packed with a bunch of extra stuff to make it look fancy, which I actually appreciated.
Everything arrived dry, clean, and in good shape. Simple, but that’s what I wanted, and I’d order again

"Good Price for What You get"
I’ve ordered from Buddha Teas a few times now, and the price feels Fair for the quality. The boxes last me a decent amount of time, and the teas don’t taste cheap or watered down like a few others I’ve Tried.
Shipping was totally fine too, nothing super fancy, but no issues either. I like being able to stock up without Spending a ton, so overall it feels like a really good value and I’ll probably keep Buying from them.

"Calming tea that actually helped"
I started drinking Buddha Teas at night, it’s been calming. I’m not going to pretend it worked miracles, but my stomach does seem a little better, which was a nice surprise. I’ll probably keep buying it for now, but if the quality changes or it stops helping, I’d have no problem switching to something else.

I’ve ordered from Buddha Teas a few times now, and to be fair, they’ve been consistent. The ingredients always come across as fresh and clean, and I haven’t noticed that weird dusty taste I’ve had with some other boxed teas. When you open the bag, you can actually smell the herbs, which I appreciate. It’s a simple thing, but it makes the tea feel a lot better quality.

"Way too many teas to choose from"
I’ve been browsing Buddha Teas the variety is kind of dangerous. It’s not just the basic green and black teas either, they have all these herbal blends I’d never even heard of, plus a bunch of caffeine-free options. I keep finding new ones I want to try, so whoever runs this is definitely to blame for my tea cabinet getting out of hand.
